About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution of indirect (distributor‑based) sales strategies aligned with regional and country commercial objectives
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with distributors and channel partners to support sales growth and customer coverage
- Assist with partner onboarding, training coordination, and communication of product, pricing, and promotional updates
- Track and analyze channel performance metrics, sales pipelines, and forecasts to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support the execution of channel programs, incentives, and commercial initiatives under guidance from senior commercial leaders
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure consistent execution and partner support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support decision‑making and ongoing channel optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or a related field)
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience in sales support, commercial operations, channel management, or a related business role
- Foundational understanding of sales processes, distributor models, or commercial operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and present sales and performance data
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a matrixed organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Spanish required; English proficiency preferred
