About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and execution of North America trade marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives
  • Manage and develop a team of trade marketing professionals
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross ‑ functional teams to translate brand strategies into effective trade programs
  • Oversee trade marketing plans targeting distributors and channel partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • 7 – 10 years of progressive experience in trade marketing, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry
  • Prior people leadership experience with demonstrated success in coaching and performance management
  • Experience developing and executing trade programs for distributors or channel partners
  • Strong cross ‑ functional collaboration skills, particularly partnering with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
