Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance
An MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certification is preferred
A minimum of 12 years of finance business experience
Strong technical finance capabilities and demonstrated business partnership
People management experience
Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to frame business results, translate insights into action, and communicate financial information clearly
Ability to think creatively and work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated digital fluency
