About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and contribute to the overall ERP and enterprise application architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise technology standards
- Design and integrate ERP systems with other enterprise platforms, ensuring compatibility across multiple systems, technologies, and data environments
- Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or new technology solutions to enhance business performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture solutions
- Lead and support system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across applications and platforms
- Ensure ERP solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards for enterprise systems
- Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to project teams and developers
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to optimize ERP capabilities and enterprise operations
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and architectural models for ERP systems
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex system integration and performance issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
- Experience designing and integrating complex enterprise systems across multiple platforms
- Demonstrated ability to solve system integration, compatibility, and performance challenges
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Knowledge of enterprise data, application, and infrastructure architecture principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams
- Ability to work independently and contribute to enterprise-level technical decisions.
- Preferred:
- Experience with global ERP implementations or transformations
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP architectures and integration technologies
- Knowledge of data architecture, data integration, and analytics ecosystems
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or medical technology
- Exposure to enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Experience influencing architecture standards and best practices across organizations.
