Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the commercial team to drive profitable growth and support key business decision-making
  • Build and maintain business partner relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to business partners to support better business decisions
  • Actively participate locally in business planning, budget updates, and improve forecast accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Typically requires 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or operational finance roles
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build executive-facing dashboards and reports
  • Certifications: CPA or equivalent (preferred)
