About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define major accountabilities and/or activities
Contribute to Medical Education strategy development
Align professional education strategy with plans and activities within organizations
Develop high-quality education contents for educational events
Responsible for budget tracking and reporting
Ensure programs follow regulatory and company policies
Build the J&J reputation through Medical Education programs
Establish and manage an external network of agencies, associations, investigators, KOLs, and physicians
Update knowledge of disease management and industry developments
Allocate time for administrative tasks such as reports and appraisals
Manage time and activities to correspond with the annual planning calendar

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor and above degree
Academic background with a scientific/medical or marketing degree preferred
3+ years Pharm industry/business experience
1-2 years of Marketing and/or medical experience in relevant therapeutic area
Good understanding of medical and marketing practices across China
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven skills at developing and managing relationships
Good communication skill to show ME programs value
Organisational, project management, time-management skills
English writing and oral communication skills
Domestic and International travels are required
