About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead the end‑to‑end supply chain across the CEE & Trade Markets, from demand shaping and asset strategy through to customer delivery and service execution.
- Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders.
- Ensure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets and operating models.
- Partner closely with the CEE & Trade Commercial Leaders and market leadership teams to understand business strategy, growth drivers, and market‑specific priorities.
- Play a critical role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Lead cluster‑wide strategies for asset efficiency and utilization.
- Drive standardization and best‑practice sharing across markets.
