About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and deliver a portfolio of digital health and wellness solutions
- Own the H&W digital solutions strategy and roadmap
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery for H&W initiatives
- Drive integration and interoperability across Workday and external benefits platforms
- Manage vendor relationships and performance
- Establish governance for H&W solutions
- Use insights and analytics to supervise performance
- Champion inclusive, employee-centered design
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience delivering digital HR / Total Rewards / benefits / wellness solutions in a large, global organization
- Expertise in the Health & Wellness / benefits domain
- Experience integrating digital solutions with Workday and/or comparable HRIS platforms
- Practical knowledge of product management and agile delivery methods
- Experience with vendor management
- Proficient in English (written and spoken). Portuguese (for Brazil) and/or relevant Indian languages are a plus
