About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and lead the end‑to‑end supply chain across the CEE & Trade Markets
  • Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders
  • Ensure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets
  • Partner closely with the CEE & Trade Commercial Leaders
  • Provide insights into demand signals, capacity constraints, and risk/opportunity trade‑offs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and regional leaders on supply chain implications
  • Lead cluster‑wide strategies for asset efficiency and utilization
  • Ensure capital and asset deployment decisions are aligned to demand evolution
  • Lead initiatives to optimize the end‑to‑end cost‑to‑serve while maintaining or improving customer service levels
  • Identify structural cost improvement opportunities across logistics and operations
  • Partner with International and Global Supply Chain teams to drive improvements
  • Lead, coach, and develop in-market supply chain leaders
