About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with MT epi LT to synthesize strategy & plans across multiple leaders/business units and create PPT presentations, reports, performance metrics and other communications for use with various stakeholders
  • Create Scope of Works with vendors, ensure appropriate cross charges of data costs to the appropriate business units and functions, partnership with BU Finance partners on BU stakeholder agreement/alignment.
  • Project management and coordination for aspects of the MedTech Community for AI and Data Science
  • Ensure communication and alignment with Finance partners and execute timely cross-charges in complex matrix structure.
  • Organizing and scheduling group meetings, travel arrangements and expense reports for the VP of MT Epidemiology.
  • Partner with SLT and department to execute culture and engagement activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Contracts management experience.
  • Communication material preparation, including skills in PowerPoint presentations
  • Large group coordination on operational and communication aspects
  • Administrative assistance experience, including digital calendar and travel platform use
  • Skills in budget spreadsheet tracking and financial communication
  • Partner with SLT and department to execute culture and engagement activities.
