About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage UAM deployment delivery for individual Transcend SAP S/4HANA releases
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Security Analysts
- Ensure UAM deployment readiness across all phases
- Drive planning, prioritization, and execution control across UAM activities
- Oversee role design quality and compliance health checks
- Manage cutover planning for access deployment activities
- Ensure proper hypercare support and transition to steady state
- Establish, monitor, and communicate UAM deployment KPIs and management reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of UAM deployment framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or university-level qualification in a relevant field (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or Engineering)
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in international companies
- At least 5 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Expertise in business role design and SAP security concepts
- Experience managing ERP deployment programs in complex environments
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts
- Familiarity with compliance requirements such as SOX, GxP, IT, and Privacy
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Specialist knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and other identity management tools
- Good understanding of SoD, mitigation, and remediation concepts
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent oral and written English skills
