About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set and lead the people strategy, design, governance, and delivery of HR programs
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Trauma US Commercial team to drive talent outcomes aligned to business priorities.
  • Provide leadership across talent strategy, organization effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development
  • Ensure execution of HR programs with rigor, consistency, and impact
  • Partner with business on organizational design efforts to position business for the future
  • Identify and diagnose talent needs through strong analytical acumen
  • Create and deploy talent strategy to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on sourcing and acquiring talent in critical capability areas
  • Partner with business leaders to shape culture and employee engagement strategies
  • Develop trusted partnerships and coaching relationships with leaders and teams to build leadership capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 6+ years’ of related HR experience required; minimum of 2 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and translate complex people topics into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively to align talent strategy with financial outcomes and business performance.
  • Ability to create executive-ready narratives and materials for senior leadership audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple complex workstreams and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
