About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set and lead the people strategy, design, governance, and delivery of HR programs
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Trauma US Commercial team to drive talent outcomes aligned to business priorities.
- Provide leadership across talent strategy, organization effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Ensure execution of HR programs with rigor, consistency, and impact
- Partner with business on organizational design efforts to position business for the future
- Identify and diagnose talent needs through strong analytical acumen
- Create and deploy talent strategy to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on sourcing and acquiring talent in critical capability areas
- Partner with business leaders to shape culture and employee engagement strategies
- Develop trusted partnerships and coaching relationships with leaders and teams to build leadership capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 6+ years’ of related HR experience required; minimum of 2 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and translate complex people topics into actionable insights
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with business and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively to align talent strategy with financial outcomes and business performance.
- Ability to create executive-ready narratives and materials for senior leadership audiences.
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex workstreams and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
