About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute a winning commercial strategy for Southern Germany.
  • Identify key accounts, build a robust sales funnel, and take full ownership of the business results in your region.
  • Establish and nurture deep, long-term relationships with interventional cardiologists, heart failure teams, and hospital administrators.
  • Present in the cath lab, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your Clinical Consultant counterpart to ensure every case is a success.
  • Relentlessly pursue and achieve your sales targets with ethical sales practices.
  • Collaborate daily with your regional Clinical Consultant and the Strategic Marketing Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of success in a field-based sales role within the medical device industry.
  • Experience in cardiovascular, structural heart, or interventional cardiology is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales territory, including strategic planning, and forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a documented history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Resides in the territory (Southern Germany) or is willing to relocate.
  • German on a native level and professional English skills are required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (~75%).
