Key responsibilities & impact

Act as central integrator between Commercial and Supply Chain
Own economic steering of assets and consignment structures
Drive IBP execution from a commercial perspective
Ensure demand signals are accurate, complete, and actionable
Align forecasting and deployment decisions with commercial priorities
Manage commercial process ownership for key IBP interfaces
Operate as the single point of orchestration between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance
Lead cross-functional governance and changes in processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–10+ years in Orthopaedics / MedTech Commercial Operations, Asset Management, or Supply Chain–Commercial interface roles
Strong understanding of Endoprosthetics (Hip/Knee/Shoulder)
Consignment & instrument economics
Forecasting & IBP principles
Strong commercial mindset with supply chain literacy
Highly structured, analytical, and execution-driven
Comfortable challenging both Sales and Supply Chain
Credible communicator across functions and seniority levels
Proven ability to run cross-functional governance without formal authority.
