About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve the global CRM product strategy and roadmap, aligned to commercial priorities and business objectives.
Serve as the primary product owner for CRM platforms, translating business needs into clear product requirements and backlog priorities.
Partner with global and regional commercial stakeholders to ensure CRM capabilities support sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and analytics needs, and integrations with broader commercial functions (marketing automation, customer data).
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with IT delivery teams, vendors, and architects to ensure high‑quality, on‑time product delivery.
Govern product lifecycle management, including enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
Ensure CRM solutions comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across global markets.
Track product performance and adoption, using insights to drive continuous improvement and value realization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required (Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field)
8 -10 years of experience in technology product ownership or product management within enterprise IT environments
Strong background supporting commercial or customer‑facing technologies, including SalesForce.com CRM platforms
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into prioritized technology solutions
Experience working with global stakeholders across regions and cultures
