About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve the global CRM product strategy and roadmap, aligned to commercial priorities and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary product owner for CRM platforms, translating business needs into clear product requirements and backlog priorities.
  • Partner with global and regional commercial stakeholders to ensure CRM capabilities support sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and analytics needs, and integrations with broader commercial functions (marketing automation, customer data).
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT delivery teams, vendors, and architects to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
  • Govern product lifecycle management, including enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
  • Ensure CRM solutions comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across global markets.
  • Track product performance and adoption, using insights to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance within the Commercial Technology organization, modeling strong product ownership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data-driven decision-making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-10 years of experience in technology product ownership or product management within enterprise IT environments
  • Strong background supporting commercial or customer-facing technologies, including SalesForce.com CRM platforms
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into prioritized technology solutions
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across regions and cultures
  • Solid understanding of system integration, data, and enterprise application landscapes
  • Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile or product-based delivery models
  • Experience working with external technology vendors and system integrators
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as medical devices or life sciences.
