Key responsibilities & impact
  • driving specialty expansion for Surgery in existing and previously untapped surgical areas
  • supporting delivery of regional sales performance through strategic account development and NPI execution
  • leading implementation and delivery of private-sector contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • experienced Surgical First Assistants, Surgical Care Practitioners, or commercially successful Medical Device Sales Professionals with experience in sutures, wound closure, or the wider surgical environment
  • demonstrated business development or marketing experience in MedTech or healthcare
  • strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • expertise in sales enablement and market development demonstrated through strong track record of consistency in delivering against target expectations
  • ability to communicate aims, objectives, and expectations clearly, engagingly, and inspiringly
  • effective delegation and prioritisation skills, enabling efficient work and empowering others
