About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- driving specialty expansion for Surgery in existing and previously untapped surgical areas
- supporting delivery of regional sales performance through strategic account development and NPI execution
- leading implementation and delivery of private-sector contracts
Requirements
What you’ll need- experienced Surgical First Assistants, Surgical Care Practitioners, or commercially successful Medical Device Sales Professionals with experience in sutures, wound closure, or the wider surgical environment
- demonstrated business development or marketing experience in MedTech or healthcare
- strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- expertise in sales enablement and market development demonstrated through strong track record of consistency in delivering against target expectations
- ability to communicate aims, objectives, and expectations clearly, engagingly, and inspiringly
- effective delegation and prioritisation skills, enabling efficient work and empowering others
