About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement account-specific plans and sales strategies to increase revenue with existing customers
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships
  • Promote product sales for all assigned products within a designated territory
  • Leverage product and customer knowledge to present and demonstrate products
  • Regularly support surgeons and operating room staff during surgical procedures and workshops
  • Prepare forecasts and reports to ensure accurate billing and customer data recording

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed relevant degree or equivalent professional experience (e.g., OR nursing background with corresponding commercial qualifications)
  • Sales experience in medical technology; ideally 2–5 years preferred
  • Experience with trauma implants/instruments is an advantage
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Excellent German and good English skills, spoken and written
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Strong technical and analytical understanding
  • High self-motivation and a structured, organized working style
  • Enjoys selling and is strongly target- and results-oriented
  • Strong customer- and solution-orientation, and a team player
