About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in organizing and coordinating in-person training logistics.
- Deliver Project Impact training (instructor-led, virtual, and blended) aligned with defined curricula, learning standards, and operational needs.
- Prepare sessions using approved materials and facilitator guides.
- Support learner assessments, knowledge checks, and readiness evaluations.
- Track attendance and completions accurately in coordination with Learning Operations.
- Provide structured feedback on learner performance and training effectiveness.
- Participate in train‑the‑trainer sessions.
- Escalate learner readiness or delivery concerns as needed.
- Up to 30% travel required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 2 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, coaching, or related roles.
- Well versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
- Event planning and/or logistics experience.
- Strong facilitation & presentation skills (in-person & virtual).
- Experience supporting frontline or customer facing roles.
- Strong communication, engagement, and adaptability skills.
