About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and execution of spine education programs aligned with US commercial and clinical strategies
- Develop and deliver training content, including procedural education and product application for spine-focused healthcare professionals
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs teams to ensure alignment of education initiatives with business objectives
- Identify educational gaps and implement targeted programs to address evolving clinical and product training needs
- Plan and manage educational events such as workshops, cadaver labs, symposia, and training courses
- Collaborate with Academic Medical Centers (AMCs) and key opinion leaders to deliver high-impact education experiences
- Analyze program effectiveness using key metrics and implement continuous improvements to optimize outcomes
- Ensure all education programs and materials meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Incorporate innovative learning approaches, including digital tools and simulation-based training, to enhance engagement
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination for education initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Education, or related field)
- Typically requires 5–8 years of relevant experience in medical education, commercial training, or healthcare program management
- Experience supporting or delivering education programs for healthcare professionals, ideally in orthopedics or spine
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical audiences
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to inform decisions
- Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
