About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor global pricing & reimbursement policy trends and assess business implications.
  • Define guardrails and governance for global price actions, escalation pathways, and documentation standards.
  • Build data strategy, methods, and governance to support launch and in‑line portfolio decisions.
  • Establish common analytical standards while accommodating regional market realities.
  • Drive the creation of executive‑ready insights and narratives that inform pricing strategies.
  • Lead ideation sprints and pilot programs; collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
  • Ensure capability build‑up and change management to embed successful models in ways of working.
  • Define KPIs to quantify the impact of analytics and innovative pricing.
  • Institutionalize post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement loops across regions and assets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS Required; Advanced degree or certification preferred (MBA, MS, MPP/MPH, PharmD, or related)
  • Minimum of 10 years healthcare industry experience required
  • 5 or more years with US or Global Pricing, Pricing Finance, or GTN Finance required
  • Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership of matrixed, cross‑regional teams
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment, strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor to business leaders
  • Preferred: A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience
  • Knowledge of Innovative Medicine's portfolio of products is strongly preferred
  • Experience building Tableau, Power BI, or with other analytic and visualization tools is preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI
