About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor global pricing & reimbursement policy trends and assess business implications.
- Define guardrails and governance for global price actions, escalation pathways, and documentation standards.
- Build data strategy, methods, and governance to support launch and in‑line portfolio decisions.
- Establish common analytical standards while accommodating regional market realities.
- Drive the creation of executive‑ready insights and narratives that inform pricing strategies.
- Lead ideation sprints and pilot programs; collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
- Ensure capability build‑up and change management to embed successful models in ways of working.
- Define KPIs to quantify the impact of analytics and innovative pricing.
- Institutionalize post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement loops across regions and assets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS Required; Advanced degree or certification preferred (MBA, MS, MPP/MPH, PharmD, or related)
- Minimum of 10 years healthcare industry experience required
- 5 or more years with US or Global Pricing, Pricing Finance, or GTN Finance required
- Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership of matrixed, cross‑regional teams
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment, strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor to business leaders
- Preferred: A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience
- Knowledge of Innovative Medicine's portfolio of products is strongly preferred
- Experience building Tableau, Power BI, or with other analytic and visualization tools is preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI
