About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide specialized clinical products, technical support and training to physicians.
Train customers on all BW products.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
Use consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities.
Raise awareness of BW solutions.
Maximize the ability to support customer cases.
Drive collaboration and maintain open lines of communication.
Develop and share best practices with the team and internal partners.
Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
Stay up to date on instructions for use and clinical literature.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of experience as a clinical support specialist in Electrophysiology and Electroanatomical Mapping.
Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardiac imaging, and technical knowledge of EP technology, technological advances and the business landscape.
Maintain clinical knowledge of the healthcare sector, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
Experience working with highly complex technical systems.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for daily business use.
Valid Class B driver's license.
