About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You implement sales strategies for our endoprosthetic products — with a focus on shoulder reconstruction to strengthen and expand our market position
  • You routinely attend endoprosthetic procedures on-site and support the OR team with the practical application of our products
  • You independently plan and conduct trainings and educational sessions for clinical staff
  • You identify potential customers and take an active role in acquiring new clients
  • You actively and efficiently manage external inventory in hospitals to optimize availability and cost
  • You leverage your product and customer knowledge to build and maintain collaborative relationships with hospitals and decision-makers
  • You analyze customer needs and develop optimal solutions together with customers and internal stakeholders
  • You monitor the market environment and provide well-founded recommendations for appropriate measures and activities
  • You work closely within the team, share your knowledge and strengthen our learning culture through proactive collaboration
  • You represent us at trade fairs, conferences and local symposia
  • You document customer activities carefully and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Medical or pharmaceutical background and OR experience, preferably in orthopedics
  • Completed certification/qualification as a Medical Device Consultant/Representative in Orthopedics and/or Trauma Surgery
  • Ideally an existing customer network
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Good IT and MS Office skills and commercial/business understanding
  • Innovative, creative and proactive approach with a willingness to learn
  • Analytical thinking and strategic business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Empathy and team spirit
  • Strong technical skills and technical understanding
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
