About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead the overall brand strategy for Tecvayli , ensuring alignment with BU priorities and company objectives.
- Drive long-term business planning and identify growth opportunities through deep customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Develop strategies to enhance patient access, market adoption, and brand competitiveness.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the BU leadership team based on business performance evaluation and market dynamics.
- Develop and execute integrated annual brand plans with clear business objectives and KPIs.
- Lead holistic tactical planning and ensure high-quality execution to maximize brand growth and business performance.
- Monitor brand performance and proactively optimize strategies and resource allocation to deliver sustainable growth.
- Manage brand investment and support business planning processes to maximize return on investment.
- Act as a key leader within the MM CVT, fostering strong collaboration and shared accountability across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Sales and other key functions.
- Influence and align internal stakeholders to ensure effective strategy execution and business delivery.
- Partner proactively with Regional and Global teams to leverage best practices and represent local market needs.
- Lead, coach and develop one direct report to build a high-performance team culture.
- Drive capability building and talent development initiatives within the Business Unit.
- Promote ownership, innovation and continuous improvement across the team.
- Partner with BU Head to drive operational effectiveness and organizational excellence.
- Support sales force capability enhancement and field execution excellence.
- Drive process simplification and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and business impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or above; background in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including strong marketing experience in multinational companies.
- Demonstrated success in brand leadership and business management with accountability for strategic planning and business results.
- Oncology and/or hematology experience is highly preferred; experience in innovative specialty products is a strong plus.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders; people management experience is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and commercial mindset.
- Proven ability to lead in a complex matrix organization and drive organizational alignment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, customer-centric approach, and strong execution capability.
- Fluent in English.
