About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct and execute capital projects from inception through design, construction, start-up, validation, and approval.
Develop project timelines, oversee project team activities, and take accountability for project completion, deliverables, and business outcomes.
Apply defined asset reconfiguration and project management processes to meet quality, customer service, cost, inventory, and business objectives.
Drive project planning, execution, governance, and communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
Partner with manufacturing, materials, facilities, distribution, engineering, and maintenance teams to support smooth, continuous, cost-effective, and controlled project outcomes.
Incorporate Lean, Six Sigma, process excellence, and project management methodologies to improve execution and deliver sustainable results.
Ensure projects meet applicable quality, regulatory, health, safety, environmental, and company compliance requirements.
Coach project associates and workstream leaders while supporting skill and competency development for future project phases.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, engineering, project management, or a related function is required.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a regulated or healthcare-related environment is required.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
Understanding of risk analysis, quality systems, and compliance requirements in a regulated environment.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple commitments, adapt to changing business needs, and solve complex technical or operational problems.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and related project management tools.
