- Translate complex talent-related questions into clear product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with data quality teams to ensure decision products are built on reliable data
- Define and track product success metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree: Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data, Analytics, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in product management, ownership of analytics products, decision-support products, or data-driven digital products
- Proven experience owning product discovery and delivery end-to-end, including defining product requirements
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and analytical questions into clear product concepts
- Strong collaborator with stakeholders, with experience working directly with business and HR leaders
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product intent, decisions, and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences
