About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, motivate, mentor, develop, and retain a team of District Managers and Sales Specialists
  • Prioritize opportunities while helping the team improve results by securing and applying resources
  • Develop and execute an aligned business plan
  • Collaborate extensively at all organizational levels with key internal partners as well as external partners
  • Coach others to effectively convince internal and external partners to build mutual alignment
  • Set overall account goals and objectives, and lead development and provide oversight of account metrics and business performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience
  • A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
  • Prior people management experience
  • Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams
  • The ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight / weekend travel
