About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and execute integrated Professional Education programs aligned with overall marketing and business strategy
- Lead annual planning, segmentation, and prioritization for key specialties
- Translate market needs and marketing strategy into impactful education initiatives that support product adoption
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing and business teams
- Manage end-to-end execution of events and programs
- Partner with KOLs and internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and relevant content
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, associations, and key stakeholders
- Drive effective communication and engagement with Sales teams and key customers
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with HCC, legal, and internal policies across all activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in professional education, marketing, product management, or commercial roles within healthcare
- Experience in medical education, scientific engagement, or HCP-focused program delivery
- Solid understanding of healthcare environment, clinical pathways, and medical technologies
- Ability to translate customer and educational needs into structured learning solutions that support clinical practice and business objectives
- Advanced English and native Turkish proficiency
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (possessing a valid B driving license)
