About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy and support management of standardized processes and tools to support project, program, and portfolio management, ensuring consistency, transparency, and accountability across the organization
- Enable effective end-to-end execution management across projects and programs, ensuring alignment of portfolio activities with supply chain priorities and business objectives
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute complex supply chain initiatives and support lifecycle and portfolio strategies
- Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives; proactively identify risks and ensure appropriate mitigation and contingency plans are in place
- Develop and implement processes to ensure the supply chain organization is informed, engaged, and prepared to execute complex supply chain program strategies
- Ensure value stream and program teams have clear visibility into portfolio status, risks, and contingency plans. Support delivery of the SV Implants Supply Chain portfolio through collaboration with PLAN, MAKE, MAKE Engineering, Source, Deliver, PP&L, IT, Quality, Commercial, and R&D
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or University degree is required; a technical degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management is preferred
- A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of relevant business experience is required (4-6 years with Masters degree or 2-4 years with PhD)
- Experience in one or more of the following functions (Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Product Management, Supply Chain disciplines, or R&D) is required
- Proven experience managing complex projects and/or programs within a cross-functional, matrix organization is required
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions is required
- Experience in large-scale program and/or portfolio management, along with demonstrated use of project, program, and portfolio management processes and tools (PMO frameworks), is required
- Proven ability to build alignment, influence without authority, and lead cross-functional teams is required
- Strong communication skills, including experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations, is required
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments and manage ambiguity is required
- Preferred: Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is preferred
- Preferred: Healthcare or regulated industry experience is preferred.
