Regional Business Director, Electrophysiology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive top line sales results in the assigned Region of the US Sales & Field Service group
- Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the assigned Region
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, develop and execute tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives
- Coach and manage the performance and competency development of Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience required
- Minimum of 3 year of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry required or 2 years prior Sales Management experience in the healthcare industry required
- Experience as a field trainer or project leadership required
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred
- Capital selling experience preferred
