About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the country-level marketing strategy for the Surgery platform.
  • Translate global priorities into a local growth agenda and drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Combine strategic marketing leadership, cross-functional execution, team development, investment management, and KOL strategy ownership to support long-term business success.
  • Oversee the development and execution of the Platform Strategy, including pricing strategy as a key component, and the Marketing Plan.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of more than five direct reports, building a high-performing organization.
  • Act as a senior business leader and strategic partner to sales leadership.
  • Drive alignment and execution across multiple internal functions.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deploy marketing plans effectively.
  • Own country-level marketing investment decisions, including OPEX and CAPEX allocation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
  • Strong leadership, influence & interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical & organizational skills
  • Creative thinker, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communicator with effective influencing skills
  • The ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and virtual team environment is required.
  • Ability to think broadly and strategically, beyond individual platform is required.
  • Advanced/Fluent level of English (Oral and Written)
  • A minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience in Commercial functions such as Marketing, Sales or Business Administration is required.
  • A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience leading/supervising commercial teams is required.
  • Working in cross-functional teams (leadership through influence)
  • Communicating value, translating market dynamics into effective pricing strategies, and driving profitability.
  • Portfolio Management, life cycle management and new product launch.
  • S&OP, forecasting and demand planning
  • Market Research, Agency Management.
  • Experience in Medical Devices is preferred.
