Key responsibilities & impact

Lead squad engineers in designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying, validating, and maintaining software solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, health sciences, information systems, computer science, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Clinical Operations technology, software engineering, or related digital product domains.
Experience leading software engineering efforts in a product development environment.
Strong expertise in modern technology stacks and software engineering practices.
Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for regulated delivery.
Ability to mentor engineers and foster technical and professional development.
