Key responsibilities & impact

Owning the LEO demand planning process
Establishing and governing project management standards
Managing the day-to-day operational infrastructure of the LEO function
Leading or supporting strategic operational initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
A minimum of 7 years relevant professional experience
Demand Planning & Forecasting: Demonstrated ability to build and manage demand planning processes
Portfolio & Metrics Management: Proficiency in developing and maintaining performance dashboards
Project Management: Strong command of project management methodologies
Operational Excellence: Ability to design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify operational gaps and lead initiatives that improve function
Data Fluency: Comfort working with operational and portfolio data
Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred: Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI.
