Key responsibilities & impact
  • Owning the LEO demand planning process
  • Establishing and governing project management standards
  • Managing the day-to-day operational infrastructure of the LEO function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 7 years relevant professional experience
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting: Demonstrated ability to build and manage demand planning processes
  • Portfolio & Metrics Management: Proficiency in developing and maintaining performance dashboards
  • Project Management: Strong command of project management methodologies
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify operational gaps and lead initiatives that improve function
  • Data Fluency: Comfort working with operational and portfolio data
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferred: Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI.
