About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and independently lead components of risk-based monitoring execution within the Performance Center (PC) for North America
Perform complex monitoring reviews, identify potential compliance gaps, document defensible findings, and drive high-quality trend analysis across transactional and behavioral data
Support and coordinate execution of regionally assigned compliance training programs
Monitor training execution effectiveness through completion metrics, learner feedback, and observed compliance outcomes
Document review steps, findings, and supporting rationale with a high standard of clarity and defensibility
Synthesize patterns, themes, and recurring risks across monitoring outputs; translate insights into clear narratives and actionable recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Law, or related field
5–8 years’ experience in compliance, audit, risk management, monitoring, and/or analytics
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and improve execution through disciplined processes
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to identify trends or anomalies; comfortable working with large datasets and developing practical hypotheses
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to explain monitoring findings clearly and constructively
Experience working in a regulated environment with strong audit-ready documentation practices; experience supporting quality review/calibration and coaching others is preferred
Fluency in English is required.
