About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and independently lead components of risk-based monitoring execution within the Performance Center (PC) for North America
  • Perform complex monitoring reviews, identify potential compliance gaps, document defensible findings, and drive high-quality trend analysis across transactional and behavioral data
  • Support and coordinate execution of regionally assigned compliance training programs
  • Monitor training execution effectiveness through completion metrics, learner feedback, and observed compliance outcomes
  • Document review steps, findings, and supporting rationale with a high standard of clarity and defensibility
  • Synthesize patterns, themes, and recurring risks across monitoring outputs; translate insights into clear narratives and actionable recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Law, or related field
  • 5–8 years’ experience in compliance, audit, risk management, monitoring, and/or analytics
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and improve execution through disciplined processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to identify trends or anomalies; comfortable working with large datasets and developing practical hypotheses
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to explain monitoring findings clearly and constructively
  • Experience working in a regulated environment with strong audit-ready documentation practices; experience supporting quality review/calibration and coaching others is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required.
