About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end project management for real estate, facilities, and corporate operations initiatives, from concept through close-out.
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
- Manage external consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure performance, quality, and contractual compliance.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations, building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Track project performance, report status to leadership, and proactively address issues and changes.
- Support continuous improvement by applying project management best practices, lessons learned, and standard processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive project management experience supporting facilities, real estate, or corporate operations projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Experience working with external vendors, contractors, and professional service firms.
- Certified PMPs or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Strong financial acumen, including capital planning and cost control.
- English proficiency required.
