About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess effective execution of the U.S. HCC and GCC compliance program for Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence, aligned with company policies, industry codes, and applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Execute monitoring activities in alignment with global and regional compliance strategies and expectations.
  • Prepare consolidated monitoring summaries and contribute to periodic reporting for regional Compliance leadership.
  • Manage Third party intermediary due diligence and red flag management, collaborating with respective compliance officers, Legal, Procurement, and Finance on complex or escalated cases.
  • Identify patterns, themes, and emerging risks across monitoring and other outputs.
  • Provide compliance KPIs, metrics and insights that drive strategic decision making and continuous evolution of the Compliance program.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, Finance, life sciences, law, or related field.
  • 4–7 years experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or monitoring, with proven ability to analyze and interpret transactional data.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., Anti ‑ Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions.
  • Ability to simplify complex data into executive-ready insights.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to identify trends or anomalies.
  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries preferred.
  • Exposure to Orthopedics, Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • English required.
