About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic and operational finance leadership to support business performance, decision-making, and long-range planning.
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations that drive performance.
  • Oversee management reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including investment evaluations, cost optimization, and business case development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and develop finance talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, business operations, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Proven ability to partner with cross ‑ functional stakeholders and influence at the senior leadership level.
  • Experience leading teams and developing talent in a matrixed environment.
  • Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial governance.
  • CPA, CMA, or similar (preferred).
