Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple, large-scale strategic initiatives and interdependent programs aligned to business priorities and transformation objectives
Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, resource plans, and budgets; ensure disciplined execution and benefit realization
Partner with senior leaders and cross ‑ functional stakeholders to align priorities, resolve risks, and remove execution barriers
Establish and govern project management standards, tools, and best practices to improve consistency and delivery performance
Provide clear, executive ‑ level communication on project status, milestones, financial health, and risks
Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and change impacts; develop mitigation and change management plans
Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering accountability, development, and high performance
Ensure projects comply with internal governance, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
8–10 years of progressive experience in project and/or program management within a complex, matrixed organization
Demonstrated success leading enterprise ‑ level , cross ‑ functional initiatives with significant scope and impact
Proven leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities at senior levels
Expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and performance tracking
Advanced proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Language: English (required)
