About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead multiple, large-scale strategic initiatives and interdependent programs aligned to business priorities and transformation objectives
- Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, resource plans, and budgets; ensure disciplined execution and benefit realization
- Partner with senior leaders and cross ‑ functional stakeholders to align priorities, resolve risks, and remove execution barriers
- Establish and govern project management standards, tools, and best practices to improve consistency and delivery performance
- Provide clear, executive ‑ level communication on project status, milestones, financial health, and risks
- Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and change impacts; develop mitigation and change management plans
- Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering accountability, development, and high performance
- Ensure projects comply with internal governance, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in project and/or program management within a complex, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise ‑ level , cross ‑ functional initiatives with significant scope and impact
- Proven leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities at senior levels
- Expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Advanced proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Language: English (required)
