About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead multiple, large-scale strategic initiatives and interdependent programs aligned to business priorities and transformation objectives
  • Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, resource plans, and budgets; ensure disciplined execution and benefit realization
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross ‑ functional stakeholders to align priorities, resolve risks, and remove execution barriers
  • Establish and govern project management standards, tools, and best practices to improve consistency and delivery performance
  • Provide clear, executive ‑ level communication on project status, milestones, financial health, and risks
  • Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and change impacts; develop mitigation and change management plans
  • Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering accountability, development, and high performance
  • Ensure projects comply with internal governance, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in project and/or program management within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise ‑ level , cross ‑ functional initiatives with significant scope and impact
  • Proven leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities at senior levels
  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Advanced proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Language: English (required)
