About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze digital performance data to support insights, reporting, and decision‑making.
- Support development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and tracking tools for digital initiatives.
- Partner with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate needs into analytical outputs.
- Monitor trends, adoption, and performance of digital tools and platforms.
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve digital processes, user experience, and data quality.
- Support documentation and standardization of digital analytics processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with digital and customer experience goals.
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards, internal controls, and company policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, data analysis, business analytics, or a related role.
- Ability to work with data sets and translate findings into clear insights.
- Proficiency with common analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
- Preferred: Experience supporting digital platforms, customer portals, or analytics initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or digital experience platforms.
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Exposure to data visualization or dashboarding tools.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- English (required).
