About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Executing centralized compliance risk management operations for Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence and Government Contract Compliance (GCC).
  • Monitoring, TPI due diligence, KPIs for Operational Excellence, and other risk management activities.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of compliance controls and collaborating across the HCC organization.
  • Preparing consolidated monitoring summaries and contributing to periodic reporting for regional Compliance leadership.
  • Managing Third party intermediary due diligence and red flag management.
  • Identifying patterns, themes, and emerging risks across monitoring and other outputs.
  • Providing compliance KPIs, metrics and insights that drive strategic decision making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, Finance, life sciences, law, or related field.
  • 4–7 years experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or monitoring.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret transactional data.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., Anti ‑ Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions.
  • Ability to simplify complex data into executive-ready insights.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to identify trends or anomalies.
  • Preferred: Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries.
  • Preferred: Exposure to Orthopedics, Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting compliance monitoring, TPI due diligence, audit, investigations, or other risk management areas.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with industry codes such as AdvaMed.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Other Language: English required.
