About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Executing centralized compliance risk management operations for Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence and Government Contract Compliance (GCC).
- Monitoring, TPI due diligence, KPIs for Operational Excellence, and other risk management activities.
- Assessing the effectiveness of compliance controls and collaborating across the HCC organization.
- Preparing consolidated monitoring summaries and contributing to periodic reporting for regional Compliance leadership.
- Managing Third party intermediary due diligence and red flag management.
- Identifying patterns, themes, and emerging risks across monitoring and other outputs.
- Providing compliance KPIs, metrics and insights that drive strategic decision making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, Finance, life sciences, law, or related field.
- 4–7 years experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or monitoring.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret transactional data.
- Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., Anti ‑ Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions.
- Ability to simplify complex data into executive-ready insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to identify trends or anomalies.
- Preferred: Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries.
- Preferred: Exposure to Orthopedics, Joints, Digital & Commercial Excellence.
- Preferred: Experience supporting compliance monitoring, TPI due diligence, audit, investigations, or other risk management areas.
- Preferred: Familiarity with industry codes such as AdvaMed.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Other Language: English required.
