About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support short- and long-term business objectives
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations that drive performance
  • Oversee management reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, controls, and operational efficiency
  • Support strategic initiatives, including investment evaluations, cost optimization, and business case development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, business operations, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence at the senior leadership level
  • Experience leading teams and developing talent in a matrixed environment
  • Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance, and financial governance
  • Experience supporting a global or multi-business organization (preferred)
  • Background in medical devices, life sciences, or a regulated industry (preferred)
  • Experience driving process improvements or finance transformation initiatives (preferred)
  • Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities (preferred)
  • Prior experience partnering with operations, supply chain, or commercial teams (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
