Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex, cross-functional programs critical to DePuy Synthes’ growth
Provide enterprise-level project leadership
Partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes
Establish and govern project management standards, tools, and best practices
Provide clear, executive-level communication on project status and risks
Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and change impacts
Lead and mentor project managers and team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
8–10 years of progressive experience in project and/or program management
Proven leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities
Expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and performance tracking
Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or a highly regulated industry preferred
Experience leading transformation, integration, or large change initiatives preferred
Familiarity with portfolio management and enterprise PMO environments preferred
Advanced proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Excellent communication skills, including executive-ready presentations and status reporting
Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
