About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in project and/or program management
  • Proven leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or a highly regulated industry preferred
  • Experience leading transformation, integration, or large change initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with portfolio management and enterprise PMO environments preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-ready presentations and status reporting
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
