About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for development, implementation and execution of sales targets with their team to support achieving business objectives.
  • Manages sales promotion activities.
  • Executes sales processes which includes business plans, contract strategy and execution and pricing models.
  • Maintains and expands current accounts, builds new accounts, develops strong customer relationships, and meets sales quotas for our products.
  • Coaches sales team on the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive; and which leads the customer to action.
  • Manages divisional budget and communicates budgetary limits to sales team.
  • Facilitates the attraction, hiring and motivation of sales staff.
  • Coaches and mentors subordinates and appraises subordinates’ performance.
  • Handles customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Sales or marketing management experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of total work experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with documented history of sales success in a medical device sales environment is preferred.
  • Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room environment and/or experience calling on plastic surgeons is preferred.
  • Aesthetics sales experience and experience calling on plastic surgeons is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong Business Acumen & analytical skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States is required.
  • The ability to travel, including overnight and/or weekends, up to 60% of the time is also required.
