About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver against Immunology performance goals at Health Systems through strategic engagements that unlock patient access to therapy and optimize fulfillment pathways
  • Initiate compliant customer engagements with cross-disciplinary stakeholders and critical influencers within IDNs
  • Enable demand for new product launches and manage the full Immunology portfolio
  • Develop, synchronize, and execute Integrated Account Plans across healthcare systems
  • Collaborate with Johnson & Johnson field teams, business partners, medical teams, and commercial customer-facing teams
  • Communicate insights on market trends, customer concerns, and business opportunities
  • Build relationships with PHDMs and support population health initiatives
  • Increase access to key decision makers within assigned accounts
  • Execute brand marketing strategies, managed-care pull-through, and local tactics
  • Analyze account data and develop short- and long-term business plans
  • Serve as the main point of contact for PHDMs and Immunology portfolio advocates
  • Coordinate communications and strategic pull-through across overlapping sales regions
  • Establish, maintain, and enhance product access through optimal formulary positions
  • Develop strategies, resources, and tools with marketing and internal partners
  • Partner with accounts to develop EHR workflow interventions
  • Identify business opportunities, allocate resources, and monitor implementation and performance
  • Leverage productivity metrics to support assigned goals and increase sales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare industry experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, including key stakeholders and care delivery models
  • Demonstrated success delivering sales results
  • Demonstrated success in lateral leadership
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence and clean driving record required
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including required meetings and training, overnight travel, and possibly weekends
  • Ideal candidate will live within the listed geography
  • Minimum of three (3) years of specialty sales and/or institutional sales preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of large pharmaceutical account management experience preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience with demonstrated success in large account management and leading or developing a productive sales team strongly preferred
