Neuroscience Sales Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales performance to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded within assigned territory
- Develop superior product and disease state knowledge
- Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles
- Use assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives
- Customize client interactions based on customer needs
- Collaborate with District Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business plan
- Capitalize on formulary approvals and other business opportunities
- Provide timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, objectives, communication responses
- Build a compliant business plan based on customer needs, resources and products
- Complete all company and job-related training as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience
- Previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
- Antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience is a plus
- Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
- High integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
- Excellent decision-making judgment
- Strong teaming/collaboration and cross-functional skills
- Ability to be agile and adapt to the changing telemedicine/virtual environment
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills
- Experience establishing new customer relationships
