About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Data & Analytics solutions supporting MAKE and DELIVER Supply Chain processes.
- Translate manufacturing and distribution business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize a value-driven backlog balancing innovation, compliance, risk, and technical debt.
- Partner with Architecture, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable, secure, and platform-aligned analytics and AI solutions.
- Enable advanced analytics and AI use cases across production, logistics, and distribution operations.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Collaborate with Technical Quality (TQ), Software Quality Assurance (SQA), and Security on risk-based validation approaches.
- Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and value realization metrics tied to MAKE and DELIVER outcomes.
- Represent the product area in governance, planning, and investment forums.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, product ownership, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, data, or analytics solutions.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-focused analytics.
- Experience operating in regulated (GxP) environments.
- Experience working in Agile or product-centric delivery models.
- Advanced knowledge of data platforms, analytics architectures, and AI/ML lifecycles.
- Ability to translate complex manufacturing and distribution business needs into actionable analytical and product outcomes.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern BI/analytics tools.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integrity principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
