About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead the enterprise learning strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce needs.
- Oversee learning delivery models, including internal teams and external learning vendors.
- Lead vendor strategy, selection, governance, performance management, and contract oversight.
- Establish learning governance, standards, metrics, and reporting to ensure quality, consistency, and ROI.
- Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and prioritize learning investments.
- Drive innovation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement across learning solutions.
- Lead, develop, and engage high‑performing learning and vendor management teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy requirements, and regulatory standards related to learning and vendors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or HR leadership roles, including senior leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience leading enterprise wide learning strategies and large scale learning operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in learning vendor strategy, governance, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to assess learning effectiveness and vendor value.
- Experience partnering with executive level stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Preferred: Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree (preferred).
- Experience supporting learning in regulated or highly complex organizations.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, learning analytics, and modern learning technologies.
- Experience leading learning transformation or operating‑model redesign initiatives.
- Exposure to global or regional learning delivery models.
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, or life sciences industries.
- Language: English proficiency required.
