Director, Product Information Management – VCM

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and evolve PIM as a product-centric digital backbone across the value chain
- Develop and coach a high-performing team of digital product owners
- Redesign and digitize end-to-end workflows, clarifying ownership and dependencies
- Define and implement the PIM strategy and roadmap aligned to VCM and enterprise priorities
- Drive adoption so workflows become embedded in day-to-day execution
- Establish data trust through clear ownership, quality standards, and transparency
- Enable system integration and reuse to reduce duplication and manual work
- Build positive relationships across Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and VCM
- Establish a scalable operating model (governance, training, support, lifecycle management)
- Simplify fragmented processes into cohesive, product-centric flows
- Serve as IMSC Quickbase Platform Owner, defining strategy, governance, and standards
- Lead intake, prioritization, and value realization aligned to business priorities
- Operate a center of excellence (CoE) to drive adoption, reuse, and standard methodologies
- Partner with enterprise digital teams to align strategy and influence direction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and/or Program Leadership
- Proven track record in business process transformation and workflow digitization
- Systems-thinking outlook with focus on improving how work flows across teams
- Significant experience working with data (i.e., ownership, source of truth, data quality)
- Excellent communication and executive engagement skills, as well as strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to lead through ambiguity with accountability and delivery focus
- Understanding of end-to-end value chain operations (preferred)
- Experience with Quickbase or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Power BI) (preferred)
- Experience delivering scalable digital solutions with high adoption (preferred)
- Experience leading digital products or platform-based capabilities (preferred)
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated environments (preferred)
- People leadership experience (preferred)
- Requires proficiency in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills) to communicate effectively and professionally
