About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Delivering the release testing strategy, ensuring alignment with key deployment achievements such as integration testing, Business Simulation Testing (BST), user acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing, and validation activities.
Establish and implement a global testing methodology for S/4HANA releases to drive consistency and repeatability across regions and business units.
Define and lead governance for business test planning, execution, and defect management by standardizing tools, templates, and standard processes.
Ensure alignment with SAP Clean Core principles and maintain compliance with GxP, CSV, and regulatory requirements across all testing activities.
Lead global and regional testing teams across IT, business SMEs, system integrators, and validation partners to deliver aligned, high-quality testing outcomes.
Partner with Deployment Leads, PMO, and technical teams to align dependencies and drive integrated testing plans across releases.
Serve as the primary connection between program leadership and execution teams, aligning on scope, timelines, and testing readiness within the Testing Chapter.
Manage risks by driving mitigation strategies that support quality, compliance, and on-time execution throughout the testing lifecycle.
Ensure readiness by validating test environments, data integrity, and business checkpoints, coordinating timely resolution of issues during key achievements.
Partner with Change Management teams to build collaborator awareness and ensure readiness for testing activities across global and regional teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of relevant work experience.
Deep expertise in ERP business testing strategy and execution for large-scale, multi-release programs, preferably in a global environment.
Proven experience managing complex testing cycles, including integration testing, UAT, performance testing, regression testing, and validation in regulated environments.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with business leaders, IT teams, system integrators, and global/regional teams under tight timelines.
Familiarity with CSV, SDLC, GxP compliance, and regulatory requirements for life sciences or other highly regulated industries.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences sector is highly preferred.
Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA testing tools and frameworks, including Solution Manager, Test Suite, and knowledge of Fiori and relevant modules.
Ability to develop and enforce global standards for testing methodology, tools, and templates across multiple releases.
