About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic leader within Global Strategic Insights (GSI)
  • Partner closely with Global Strategic Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Shape business-critical decisions for robotic surgery platforms
  • Own and prioritize the global insights agenda
  • Define and manage a portfolio of high-impact insights initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end insights strategy and execution
  • Design and oversee primary and secondary research, analytics, and synthesis
  • Integrate multiple data sources into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Deliver insights that shape innovation strategy, market entry, forecasting, and investment decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Market research / customer insights, Global or regional marketing, Strategy, analytics, or management consulting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling insights
  • Experience leading or supporting market research and insights initiatives
  • Familiarity with primary research design, methodologies, and learning plans
  • Experience managing external vendors or agency partners
  • Exposure to healthcare, medtech, or capital equipment environments
  • Familiarity with forecasting, analytics, or strategic planning processes
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
